Thanks to Wild BNE’s Christian Perrin, we have begun to document some of the diverse plantlife present in the Dawn Road Reserve at Albany Creek.

Christian came to Bushcare earlier this year and then visited the Reserve a little later to explore it for himself. This is the list of trees and shrubs that Christian compiled and it will be updated as time goes along. Thanks again, Christian, great work!!

If you know of – or suspect you’ve seen – other plantlife, let us know and we’ll confirm and add to our list. We will be adding some groundcovers in the not-too-distant future.

Important note (from our MBRC Bushcare co-ordinators): several of these plant species are weeds in our region. Any entry on the list below with an asterisk is a weed species.
